• Giving alternative outfits.
• Re-editing and redistributing the oto.ini file (ONLY the re-editing of oto.ini).
• Commercial use of the utau.
• Using the character illustration in the voicebank folder in songs, covers, videos, etc.
• Drawing gore of the utau.
• Creating derivative works.
• Using the utau as your original character's voice claim (i appreciate that).
• Crediting is optional but I deeply appreciate if you credit my username.
• Drawing pornography of the utau is alright as long as you don't draw a loli/shota.
• Creating roleplay of the utau in video games.

Permission not allowed:

• Drawing fetish arts of the utau
• Using the utau to express politics.
• Claiming distributed materials as your own.
• Using the utau for AI training.
• Tracing the character illustration and uploading it to any social medias. Tracing is okay but uploading it to any social medias is prohibited.
• Using the utau to express religions or using the utau for people to join a cult.
• Using the image of the voice actor instead of the character illustration.
• Unauthorised Commercial use by companies.
• Creating in character accounts.
